Information and purpose
The form asks for your name, phone, email, Dutch postcode, optional town, service, timing and description. We retain a reference, language, timestamp and email-notification status. These details are used to handle your request and prepare a roofing proposal. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information.
Test and real enquiries
The test address stores test enquiries only and sends no automatic email. The own-domain form also remains a test until email handling is activated. Use test details in that case and contact us directly about actual work. An enquiry does not create an appointment.
Storage and email handling
Enquiries are kept in the protected site database, with no public list. Hosting uses ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare. A short-lived useful hash of an IP address helps limit repeated submissions. Once email handling is activated, a notification containing the enquiry is submitted to Resend for the company. Acceptance by that service does not prove that anyone has read it.
Retention and administration
The intended retention for standalone quotation enquiries is at most three months, unless subsequent work requires different administration. Periodic deletion and final arrangements with service providers must be organised before real enquiries are activated. Test details are not used as customer orders.
Questions and requests
Contact us about access, correction, deletion or other questions concerning your details. Do not send an identity-document copy without being asked. Complaints can be directed to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
External contact options
Phone, email and WhatsApp links open another application after a click. When sending yourself, you review and send the message there. Photographs are shared only when you add them yourself. The external provider’s terms also apply.
